This policy describes cancellation and refund practices for MasicotAI subscriptions and services.

Subscriptions (Pro / Elite)

Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at inquiries@masicotai.com with your purchase email and details. We will review requests in good faith and respond promptly.

Free products (Starter)

Starter is free. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
